This is where our models stand out. Accuracy is crucial when it comes to your job. Other companies cut corners to save a few dollars;  but we realize that if the model is not correct it will cost a lot more time and money to fix the errors than if the model was done right the first time!

Every client gets a unique color pallet. More importantly we take out the linework that you don't need to see, so that the important things stand out and are clean and clear on the screen!

All too often the plans get ignored or are overlooked.

At Precision Modeling the CADD File gets overlaid on to the plans to ensure that there is no difference between them.

Plans are also studied  from cover to cover so that all the details are included in the surface!

When it comes to roadways, cross sections are crucial! 

We take the cross sections and trace over the proposed roadway. 

This piece of information gets digitized and overlaid onto the proposed surface as a double check to make sure everything is accurate!

By default we include more detail in our models; but if you need specific areas very detailed, let us know!
